If you send a photograph to an agent, the image is processed so the agent can respond to it. The image is not written to our storage and is not kept after the response is generated. The text of your message is retained as part of your conversation history.
To generate answers, to keep your conversation history available to you, and to improve the quality and safety of the service. We use service providers to operate Auvero, and they process personal information only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and conversation history. Write to hello@auvero.ai and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Auvero is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
